Hi, I’m Alaitz, founder of Loki’s Lounge and proud dog mum to Laika and Loki. This business began as a passion project, rooted in my deep love for dogs and my desire to create a space where every pup is treated with care, patience and kindness.

The name Loki’s Lounge is a heartfelt tribute to our beloved dog Loki, who passed away in 2022. He brought so much joy, love and laughter into our lives, and his spirit continues to inspire everything I do. This lounge is my way of honouring his memory — a calm, welcoming space where dogs feel safe, seen and loved.

I offer professional, one-to-one grooming services from my peaceful, purpose built home salon in Coity, Bridgend. With formal training in dog grooming and a commitment to staying current with the latest techniques, I ensure every dog receives the highest standard of care.

I understand that no two dogs are the same. Some love a bit of pampering, while others need a little extra time and reassurance. That’s why I take the time to get to know each dog individually, tailoring every visit to their needs. Whether it’s a full groom, a tidy-up, or gentle teeth cleaning, your dog’s comfort, safety and happiness are always my top priority.
